Bikini Body workout - day 1

I thought I could do with a bit of a kick start in the workout department, especially as I haven't really worked out in nearly 3 months due to tearing the cartilage in my knee.  I'm following the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge on Facebook.  Today was day 1 and I'm sad to admit it really kicked my butt.

Here are my stats

1. Speed Squats - 35
2. High Knees - 60
3. Push Ups - (modified) 23
4. Squat Jumps - 21
5. Tricep Dips - 10 (had to stop at 30 seconds)
6. Burpees - (modified) 6 (had to stop at 40 seconds)
7. Alternating Lunges - 19
8. Elbow Plank - 50 seconds

I had to modify two of the workouts due to my knee giving in and I had to stop early in two of the workouts as it was too painful to continue.  I'm surprised though, we had 50 seconds to do each of these things as quickly as we could and I was pretty much keeping up with her on the video.  I am obviously not quite as unfit as I thought I might be!
